DEBT COLLECTIONS / NO CREDIT REPORTING                                                               

If debt collectors are calling or writing without reporting to the credit bureaus CCC will prepare suggested responses on the consumer’s behalf. Please note these responses will always be done in writing with no communication over the phone between CCC and the debt collectors. The consumer will view all documentation before submission. It is the consumer’s choice to send the responses CCC prepares.

VALIDATION OF DEBT REQUESTS / NO CREDIT REPORTING                              
          
If the consumer disagrees with the debt demands of direct creditors and would like a written request of breakdown for these alleged debts and payment history, CCC will prepare the suggested Validation of Debt (VOD) requests. VOD requests are most effective within thirty (30) days of receiving the original bill/notice. VOD requests do not guarantee the removal of the alleged debt. VOD requests are designed to acquire a breakdown of figures adding up to the amount the creditor is claiming.
